To celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and New York City’s diversity, we facilitated a collaboration between ALUMNI and Converse to highlight storied Asian-owned restaurants showcasing cuisines from Tibet, Vietnam, India, Philippines, and Thailand throughout the month of May, 2021.
