For ALUMNI’s first sneaker collaboration, we were inspired by the Jamaican beef patty, a flaky, meat-stuffed, yellow pastry that’s beloved by the Caribbean community, where two of ALUMNI’s shops are located (Crown Heights and Flatbush), but also synonymous with New York City.
Essentic oversaw the entirety of this project from conception and design through launch.
